Difference between Mental health and Mental illness

The term ‘mental health’ is commonly used to refer to issues surrounding ‘mental illness’ for example, ‘mental health services,’ which can cause some confusion when trying to understand the difference between the two terms.
Mental illness: It refers to diagnosed clinical condition. Common examples are depression, anxiety, psychosis and eating disorders.
Mental health: Or ‘mental wellbeing’ is a positive concept and it is about more than the absence of mental illness. It refers to resilience and good functioning, but also incorporates flourishing, happiness and getting the most out of life. But mental illness and mental wellbeing can be experienced by a single individual at the same time.

Classification of Psychological Disorders
Classification of psychological disorders requires that symptoms be identified; sets of symptoms form a syndrome. Several of the most prevalent of the DSM-IV's 16 categories of disorders follow.
1. Anxiety disorders:-

Anxiety (also called angst or worry) is a psychological and physiological state characterized by somatic, emotional, cognitive, and behavioural components. It is the displeasing feeling of fear and concern. The root meaning of the word anxiety is 'to vex or trouble'; in either presence or absence of psychological stress, anxiety can create feelings of fear, worry, uneasiness, and dread. Anxiety is a diffuse, extremely unpleasant feeling of vulnerability, apprehension, and fear. Symptoms of anxiety disorders include motor tension (trembling, jumpiness, inability to relax), hyperactivity (racing heart, dizziness, perspiration), and apprehension (disturbing thoughts).
The following Six (of the thirteen in the DSM-IV) types of Anxiety disorders are well known.
